Terms of Use: ALL FOR OIL
Terms of Use for All For Oil (the "Terms") govern the relationship between LLC "All For Oil" ("Company" or "we") and internet users who have accessed All For Oil ("users," "you").
You may use All For Oil in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and the user data policy. If you do not agree with them, you must cease using All For Oil.
1. What is ALL FOR OIL
All For Oil is an internet website available at the address allforoil.ae (including all domain levels) via its full and mobile versions, representing a collection of intellectual property objects of the Company and information (administrative and user content) contained in the information system ("LLC 'All For Oil'").
All For Oil comprises:
* AFO Market - enables requesting prices and purchasing equipment directly from the manufacturer, and allows manufacturers to process orders.
* AFO Catalog - an electronic catalog of goods, spare parts, and services.
* AFO Service - provides owners (both old and new) of equipment with the ability to monitor the technical condition of equipment based on manufacturer recommendations using digital cards.
* AFO Classifieds - a bulletin board for individuals and legal entities.
* AFO Operator - digital monitoring of the technical condition of contractor equipment.
* AFO Exploded Views - interactive equipment diagrams (open/select/order).
* AFO Library - an up-to-date technical documentation library.
* AFO Makemap - App application, a stakeholder map.
(together referred to as "products") that users can offer and search for on All For Oil for the purpose of concluding transactions.
The Company provides authorized users with the technical capability to monitor equipment condition, place information on All For Oil in the format of products, requests, and classifieds. The Company provides all users (regardless of authorization) with the technical capability to search and view products and classifieds on All For Oil for the purposes stipulated in these Terms.
The Company is not a participant, organizer of a transaction, buyer, seller, intermediary, agent, representative of any user, beneficiary, or other interested party in relation to transactions between users. Users utilize the information posted on All For Oil to conclude transactions at their own risk without direct or indirect participation or control from the Company.
2. Registration
You can register on All For Oil using an email address provided in the login form on All For Oil. After registration, we will create your unique profile for an individual. Only one profile linked to one email address can exist on All For Oil at a time. Within your profile, you can create a company and invite other users for collaboration.
By registering on All For Oil and each time you log in, you guarantee that you possess all the necessary authority to conclude and execute these Terms and give your consent.

3. Logging into ALL FOR OIL
You can log into your profile on All For Oil (authorize) using the email address specified in your profile ("login credentials").
You are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your All For Oil login credentials. If you have reason to believe that someone has gained unauthorized access to them, notify us immediately. All actions performed on All For Oil by a person authorized using your login credentials will be considered performed by you. You will bear responsibility for such actions.

4. User Information
The information you provide to the Company about yourself must be accurate, up-to-date, and must not violate legislation or the rights of third parties. You are obliged to update it in your All For Oil profile as necessary. We may request documents or information from you for identification or verification of authority. If you do not provide them, we reserve the right to restrict access to your profile.
We cannot guarantee that all information users indicate on All For Oil corresponds to reality. Exercise caution when concluding transactions.
We do not disclose information about users that is not publicly available to third parties, except in cases provided by law (e.g., upon request from certain government authorities). However, we cannot be held responsible for third-party unlawful actions regarding information you have made publicly available on All For Oil.

5. User Content
User content refers to text and images that All For Oil users place in requests, classifieds, the public part of their profile, and reviews.
The Company does not act as the distributor of user content. You are the owner of all information you post on All For Oil.
You are obliged to ensure full compliance of user content with legislation, the All For Oil Terms of Use, classified ad posting rules, profile and review requirements independently. You guarantee that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
All For Oil does not engage in censorship of user content. We take action regarding content based on appeals from authorized persons in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The purpose for which users place information on All For Oil is to establish contact with a potential buyer interested in concluding a transaction regarding the product in a request or classified ad. It is prohibited to post deliberately false information in reviews, leave any reviews for sellers on All For Oil if you are not interested in concluding a transaction based on the classified ad, including leaving "mutual reviews" or paid reviews that contribute to improving the seller's rating. The collection, copying, use, and any other actions regarding user content for purposes not provided for in these Terms are prohibited. It is prohibited to use users' phone numbers, email addresses for purposes not directly related to purchasing a product from the user.
You grant the Company the right to use your content and the intellectual property objects included therein under a non-exclusive license: indefinitely, without remuneration, by any means, effective worldwide, with or without attribution. We may use your content to fulfill these Terms, improve All For Oil, for marketing purposes, in commercial and non-commercial projects. We have the right to place user content on other internet resources. We have the right to retain archival copies of user content and not withdraw materials containing it from circulation.

6. User Communication on All For Oil
Authorized users can send messages via the All For Oil chat to discuss products and transaction terms. Using messages for any other purposes is prohibited.
Sending messages to users for purposes not provided for in these Terms violates data protection laws and causes damages to the Company.
We have the right to record, analyze, and store messages sent via the All For Oil application. Messages within the application are not private. We reserve the right to selectively review correspondence to ensure compliance with the All For Oil Terms of Use and improve All For Oil.

We may send you:
* System notifications, which cannot be unsubscribed from: e.g., to confirm registration, notify about restricted access to your profile or ads;
* Service alerts related to your actions on All For Oil: e.g., about receiving a message from another user, personalized selections of interesting ads;
* Marketing notifications: tips from All For Oil, invitations to participate in research, Company promotions and news, All For Oil updates.
We may send you messages in the notification center in your profile, to the email address specified in your profile, to your device as push notifications, and also via All For Oil messages. In some cases, we may also contact you by phone (e.g., to obtain feedback and improve services).
You can manage service alerts and marketing notifications in your profile settings. Settings may vary depending on the device.

8. Profile Deletion
You have the right to delete your All For Oil profile at any time by contacting support. Your profile will be deleted upon termination of the contract under the terms of the offer, if you concluded one. We will delete your All For Oil profile if you do not use it for three years.
Within 30 days after deleting your profile, you will not be able to use the phone number that was specified in the deleted profile for a new registration.

9. Intellectual Property Rights Protection
Exclusive rights to the computer software necessary for using All For Oil, databases, the graphical interface design (design) and other elements of the All For Oil website, the Company's trade name, trademarks/logos, and other distinguishing signs, including those used as part of the domain name allforoil.ae belong to LLC "All For Oil" or the Company.
The verbal designations "Все Для Нефти", "АФО", "AFO", "All For Oil", and "All For Oil" are protected as trademarks owned by LLC "All For Oil" (the rights holder) and are used by the Company under a license agreement with the rights holder.
The Company owns the rights to registered and unregistered databases (hereinafter, including but not limited to - "databases"). Databases include both requests and classifieds posted publicly on All For Oil, as well as ads that may not be accessible to users for viewing at a certain time. As the producer of the databases, the Company bears significant financial, material, organizational, and other costs for their creation.
We have the right to automatically apply logos/watermarks of All For Oil to photos you upload to protect materials in our databases from unlawful copying.
10. License to Use Databases and Software
We grant users a non-exclusive license to use the databases and computer software necessary for using All For Oil for the purposes provided in these Terms. No fee is charged for the license.
The license is granted from the moment of accessing All For Oil and continues to be in effect while you use All For Oil. Searching and viewing ads is available to all users regardless of registration and authorization. To access other All For Oil functionalities, authorization is required.
Without the Company's consent, it is prohibited to use technical means to interact with the service bypassing the normal procedure for using databases and computer software. This includes prohibiting the use of automated scripts to collect information on All For Oil.
Without the Company's consent, it is prohibited to use databases and computer software for purposes not provided for in these Terms. This means it is prohibited to extract materials from the databases and/or carry out their subsequent use in any form and by any means, regardless of their volume and coordination with third parties, if it is not directly related to concluding a transaction regarding the product in an ad. For example, it is prohibited to use materials from All For Oil databases to populate third-party databases. It is also prohibited to use phone numbers and email addresses from All For Oil databases to call and send messages to All For Oil users offering services or goods.
11. User Responsibilities
By using All For Oil and interacting with the Company, you undertake to:
* Strictly comply with all legal requirements;
* Adhere to the All For Oil Terms of Use, classified ad posting rules, profile and review requirements, and other All For Oil rules and Company instructions;
* Not call All For Oil users if you are not a potential buyer and are not interested in concluding a transaction based on an ad, and not send spam to users;
* Not use obscene language, images, and statements that provoke cruelty, hatred, or disrespect, contain threats or insults, justify illegal actions, do not conform to moral norms or business practices;
* Not use All For Oil or information posted on All For Oil for purposes not provided for in these Terms;
* Not upload or use malicious software on All For Oil;
* Not take actions that may interfere with the normal operation of All For Oil.
12. Violations and Consequences
We strive to make All For Oil a convenient and safe tool, therefore we reserve the right to conduct selective checks of user compliance with the All For Oil Terms of Use at any time and at our discretion. For this, we may use automated methods.
We have the right to take measures if there are grounds to believe that a violation of legislation, third-party rights, or these Terms has occurred or may occur using your profile or your technical means. We have the right to restrict access to your profile or to some All For Oil functionality, reject or block your content. We also have the right to restrict access to All For Oil from certain IP addresses and email addresses.
We may restrict access to a profile in case of complaints from other users regarding such a profile, spamming, repeated or willful violations of the Terms of Use, profile hacking, failure of the user to provide documents or information upon our request, liquidation of the user - a legal entity, as well as if we notice signs of fraud in the user's behavior on All For Oil, or in the presence of other similar circumstances, or if the user registered a new profile on All For Oil instead of a previously blocked one.
We have the right to restrict and restore access to a profile, as well as determine the conditions for such restoration at our discretion and without explanation.
We are not liable for possible losses caused to users in connection with taking measures to prevent and stop violations on All For Oil. We recommend keeping a backup copy of your content on your device.
For violating legislation or third-party rights while using All For Oil, you may bear administrative, criminal, or civil liability.

13. Final Provisions
The provisions of sections 2, 3, 6 - 8 of the Terms apply to users registered on All For Oil. All other provisions apply to all users of All For Oil regardless of registration and authorization. Any form of interaction with All For Oil (including viewing information) confirms your agreement with these Terms. The Company's obligations to provide access to All For Oil functionalities are reciprocal to your obligations to comply with the Terms. When a fee for using All For Oil is not provided for, consumer protection legislation is not applicable to the relationship between the Company and users. The provision of certain All For Oil functionality may be regulated by special terms.
All For Oil functionality may change, be supplemented, or discontinued at any time without prior notice to users. The use of All For Oil is offered "as is," i.e., in the form and volume in which the Company provides the functional capabilities of All For Oil at the time of accessing them. We are not liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of All For Oil and the resulting loss of information. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, unintentional damage, including lost profits or lost data, harm to honor, dignity, or business reputation caused in connection with the use of All For Oil. All For Oil is intended for users in the Russian Federation, therefore some functionality may be limited or unavailable outside its borders.
All For Oil may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, and legality of such third-party sites.
When resolving all disputes between the Company and users, the legislation of the Russian Federation applies. All disputes shall be submitted for consideration to a court in accordance with the territorial jurisdiction at the location of the Company (Moscow), unless otherwise provided by law.
